Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

By registering an account on sagisag, accessing the platform, or using any service provided by sagisag, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and sagisag.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the platform, or use any sagisag service. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

To register and maintain an active account on sagisag, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using sagisag. This age restriction is a strict requirement consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of sagisag or any of its gaming providers.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion period on sagisag or any associated platform.

When registering a sagisag account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, registered address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one active sagisag account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. sagisag reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void associated balances upon detection.

KYC Verification: sagisag may require identity verification at any stage of the account relationship, including but not limited to: before processing any withdrawal, upon triggering internal risk thresholds, or as part of periodic compliance reviews. Documents accepted for KYC include:

• Philippine Passport
• SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• PhilHealth Identification Card
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)

sagisag reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing while KYC verification is pending and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.

sagisag accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and Visa. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — whether from another person's GCash, bank account, or card — are prohibited.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya accept a minimum of ₱100; bank transfers require a minimum of ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

sagisag does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently. Deposit amounts reflect the cleared funds received by sagisag in Philippine Pesos, after any applicable payment provider charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise confirmed by the sagisag payments team. This policy exists as part of our anti-money laundering controls.

Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash: Average 3 minutes from request approval to wallet credit
• PayMaya: Average 5 minutes from request approval to wallet credit
• BDO, BPI, Metrobank: Same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT; next business day otherwise
• Visa debit/credit: 3–5 business days per card network processing

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. sagisag reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds for further review, including but not limited to: unusual wagering patterns, large withdrawal requests, or unverified account details.

sagisag may offer bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, free spins, free bets, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion alongside these general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed the relevant qualifying action (e.g., minimum deposit, specific game play) as stated in the promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least 20 times before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money funds.
• Bonus funds expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.
• sagisag reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or strategic wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of the sagisag platform.

All games available on sagisag — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slots, and sports markets — operate according to established rules published within each game's interface or help section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

sagisag uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for software-based games. Live dealer games are conducted by third-party studio providers whose operations are independently regulated. sagisag does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the independent determinations of third-party live studio dealers.

Disputed Game Results: If you believe a technical error affected a game result, contact sagisag support within 72 hours of the relevant game session. Technical error claims beyond this window will not be investigated. sagisag's determination on disputed game results is final, subject to review in cases of demonstrable system error.

Sports Betting: Sports bets are placed on real-world outcomes. sagisag publishes pre-match and in-play odds for events including PBA, NBA, UFC, Premier League, international boxing, and e-sabong. Odds are subject to change before bet acceptance is confirmed. Bets accepted and confirmed are binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sagisag and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games including poker
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities — any funds gained through exploitation must be reported and will be voided
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using sagisag's platform or payment systems
• Charging back deposits through your payment provider after using the deposited funds for wagering
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening sagisag staff, support agents, or other players
• Accessing sagisag from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing another person to use your sagisag account credentials

sagisag is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. Gambling should be entertainment — when it stops being enjoyable and starts causing financial or personal harm, it is a problem that requires intervention.

sagisag provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per defined period. Once reached, further play is prevented for the remainder of the period.
• Session Timers: Timed reminders that notify you of time spent in-session and provide the option to end the session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying net session result and time elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary suspension of your sagisag account for defined periods (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently). During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or participate in any game. Contact sagisag support to initiate self-exclusion.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term account pause of 24, 48, or 72 hours for players who need a brief break without permanent exclusion.

sagisag reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement body
• Player-initiated self-exclusion
• Extended account inactivity (12 consecutive months with no login activity)

Upon account closure in good standing, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary payment method within 10 business days. Accounts closed due to Terms violations may have associated balances forfeited at sagisag's discretion following an internal review process.

All content on the sagisag platform — including but not limited to the sagisag brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, software, text, graphics, and game assets — is the intellectual property of sagisag or its licensed third-party game providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use sagisag solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the sagisag platform without prior written authorisation.

sagisag provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sagisag disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from technical errors.

sagisag's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. sagisag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

sagisag is not responsible for: internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider delays, technical failures in third-party live casino studios, or results of games that operate independently under their own certified RNG systems.

sagisag processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and gameplay activity is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement purposes. sagisag does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of sagisag shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

sagisag operates in alignment with the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of sagisag complies with the laws applicable in their specific location.

sagisag reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via a notification upon next login, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Continued use of the sagisag platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
